  1. Go to chrome://os-settings/network (Chromebook)
  2. Open this page and the network page side by side in a splitview
  3. Press Inject below
  4. Wait until it says 50/100% and quickly toggle the Wi-Fi On/Off button a few times
  5. Blocksi should be disabled — repeat if needed
