How to check your Blocksi version
  1. Go to chrome://extensions or menu → Extensions → Manage Extensions
  2. Press Details on Blocksi
  3. Check the Version number

Older Blocksi version? Restarting your Chromebook sometimes works to get the latest update, then use the newest method.
On a Mac? All versions work on any Blocksi version. v0.0.1 is recommended for the best results.

  1. Press Start below to begin the process
  2. Close the page once Blocksi is unresponsive
  3. Done — extension is disabled

  2. Press this
  3. Set it to "Allow" — make sure it's not "Allow (default)" or "Block"
  4. Reload this page to apply settings
  5. Close extra tabs first
  6. Press Start below and wait for tabs to finish
  7. Once complete, you can close this tab

  3. Find "Allow access to file URLs"
  4. Press Start below
  5. Wait ~3–5 seconds for it to finish
  6. Switch back to extensions and quickly toggle "Allow access to file URLs" a few times, then leave it off
  7. Blocksi should be disabled — repeat if needed
